Alexander Tulaney’s practice is solely dedicated to family law, including equitable distribution, spousal support, alimony, child support, child custody, protection from abuse, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Mr. Tulaney practices in Allegheny, Butler, Beaver, Westmoreland and Washington Counties.
A skilled litigator and dedicated, compassionate advocate, upon his graduation from Duquesne University School of Law, Mr. Tulaney was awarded the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Eric D. Turner Award, which is bestowed on the graduating student who best exemplifies the positive attributes of a matrimonial lawyer.
Mr. Tulaney has interned with the Honorable Kim D. Eaton, Administrative Judge of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, Family Division as well as the Allegheny County Law Department. In addition to his internships with the County, Mr. Tulaney served as a Certified Legal Intern with the Duquesne University Family Law Clinic and took part in the McGinley Public Service Law Fellowship program through his work with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, Bureau of Consumer Protection where he provided legal assistance to Pennsylvania consumers.
